About Pandora Production Vietnam

Pandora’s new jewellery crafting facility is located in the Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Park III (VSIP III), about 40 km north of Ho Chi Minh City. When fully scaled, the state-of-the-art facility will produce up to 60 million jewellery pieces annually and employ around 7,000 craftspeople. It is powered entirely by renewable energy and built to LEED Gold certification standards.

Main purpose of the role:

Lead the Problem Solving function, manage Pre-Production operations, coordinate cross-functional activities, coach the team, and ensure successful handover to Mass Production.

Key accountabilities:

I. Problem Solving & Process Improvement

1. Lead the investigation of quality, process, and production issues occurring during Pre-Production and Mass Production.

2. Drive structured root cause analysis using appropriate methodologies and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

3. Analyze defect trends, process performance, and production data to identify improvement opportunities and prevent recurrence.

4. Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve complex manufacturing issues and ensure effective communication of investigation results.

5. Validate the effectiveness and sustainability of corrective actions before implementation into standard production.

II. Pre-Production Operation

6. Support Pre-Production activities by providing technical expertise and resolving process issues to ensure products are ready for Mass Production.

7. Collaborate with Product Engineering, Production, Quality, and related functions to ensure a smooth transition from Pre-Production to Mass Production.

III. Standardization & Knowledge Transfer

8. Review and maintain work instructions (WI), standard operating procedures (SOP), and process standards following validated improvements.

9. Ensure lessons learned and best practices are standardized and deployed across production areas.

10. Organize and deliver technical training, coaching, and problem-solving guidance for Team Members, Group Leaders, and relevant stakeholders.

11. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions and training to ensure long-term sustainability.

IV. People Management

15. Manage and develop team members to strengthen technical competencies and problem-solving capabilities.

16. Allocate work, monitor team performance, and provide technical guidance to ensure departmental objectives are achieved.

17. Foster teamwork and collaboration across departments to drive effective issue resolution.

V. Safety & Compliance

18. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements at all times.

19. Promote a safe working environment and ensure all improvement activities comply with company safety standards.

VI. Project Management

20. Lead or participate in strategic improvement projects to achieve business objectives.

21. Execute assignments and projects as assigned by the Manager.

Requirement:

Educational background:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Or negotiate by depends on the ability and work experience.

Field of study:

• Industial Engineering, mechanical Engineering or related field.

Pivotal and professional qualifications:

• 5+ years of manufacturing industry experience, lead process role.

Personal Competencies:

• Good communication skills, teamwork, reporting and presentation.

• Jewelry expertise skills.

• Strong leadership skills, analytical, decision making, proactive work and learning.

• Problem-solving skills, process management, and statistical tools to solve problems.

• Continuous improvement knowledge (Lean Six sigma, KAIZEN…)

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Prioritize and execute multitasks while under high pressure within a limited timeline.

• Ability teamwork and lead cross-functional initiatives.

• Computer Skills: MS. Office. SAP, AX, Excel, Words, PowerPoint.

• Language Skills: Fluency in English
