Student Assistant, HR Global Office

Pandora is currently looking for an ambitious and proactive Student Assistant to join our Human Resources team in our Global Office in Copenhagen. This is a unique opportunity to support strategic initiatives and operating rhythm while learning how a global organization manages human resources.

 

This Student Assistant role offers you the chance to contribute to impactful projects with guidance from experienced professionals. You will support the team in driving Pandora’s Global Office HR agenda, working on the people agenda and preparing presentations that inform leadership decisions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, structure, and help making things better.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support initiatives within the Global Office HR, including team rhythm and events
  • Prepare presentations, and communication material.
  • Support the VP in driving the organizational heartbeat by preparing for leadership and function meetings.
  • Assist with project coordination, and stakeholder communication.
  • Collect, organize, and set up a knowledge management system for the function.
  • Contribute to the organizational heartbeat by supporting leadership and function meetings.

 

Qualifications

  • Currently in your 1st year of Master, preferably in Business Administration, HRM, or similar field.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is essential.
  • Interest in Human Resoures
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • Curious and eager to learn, with an interest in getting things done.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.

 

Additional Information

  • You are expected to work 15–20 hours per week.
  • Start date: June 2026.
