Pandora is currently looking for a Student Assistant to join the Global Legal, IP & Brand Protection team based in our Global Office in Copenhagen. Our team is a busy international group of more than 35 people. The team works closely together across geographies and time zones to provide legal and strategic advice and support to the various business functions in Pandora.
As a Student Assistant in Global Legal you will be primarily assisting the IP & Brand Protection team, alongside the entire legal function with various matters, mainly related to Intellectual Property & Brand Protection & Corporate legal.
Your tasks and responsibilities will be to support our counsels with among others:
- IPR related matters, e.g., various IPR clearings and management and administration of various IPR documents.
- Brand Protection matters, e.g., support the counsels with the online and offline enforcement of Pandora’s IP rights; process enforcement cases in the archiving and case management system; and assist with training activities for law enforcement authorities.
- Management and administration of legal documents, e.g., obtaining signatures, notarization/legalization of the documents etc.
- Assisting in handling of Pandora’s insider list.
- Management and administration of our contract archive.
- Misc. support such as scheduling, booking, and copying.
What is needed to succeed:
- Candidates enrolled in and actively pursuing a Bachelor of Law program, or a Bachelor of Commercial Law program are eligible to apply for this position.
- You have good Danish and English proficiency skills, both written and verbal.
- Skills and experience with Excel and Power Point.
- You are proactive and helpful with a can-do attitude.
- You have a structural approach to your work.
- You have a great sense of detail
- You have a positive attitude and are a quick learner.

Additional information
This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be 15-20 per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).
