Student Assistant, End-to-End PMO/Project Management

Student Assistant, End-to-End PMO/Project Management

We’re looking for a structured, proactive, and curious Student Assistant to join our End to End (E2E) PMO team within Brand Planning. The E2E team plays a critical role in enabling how the CMO organization operates - connecting strategy to execution across global campaigns processes.

In this role, you will support the PMO team in driving structure, clarity, and momentum across projects, with a particular focus on the Pandora 360 Process (P360) - Pandora’s core end to end marketing planning and governance framework. P360 ensures alignment, transparency, and effective collaboration across Brand, Media, Commercial, and Markets, and is a key enabler of how we plan and deliver impactful marketing globally.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands on experience in a complex, international marketing organization, where priorities shift, stakeholder management is essential, and strong ways of working make a real difference to the success of the CMO agenda.

What you’ll do

  • Support the PMO team with maintaining and updating documents, templates, and playbooks
  • Keep project plans, timelines, and key deliverables up to date
  • Manage shared calendars and project workspaces, ensuring trackers, repositories, and data are accurate and current
  • Contribute to improving Pandora’s campaign processes and project management tools
  • Support the PMO team in impactful, cross functional marketing projects
  • Take on project-related and ad hoc tasks as needs evolve

Your Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program within International Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field
  • A structured and detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills
  • Curious and proactive, with a willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, inclusive mindset
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Confluence, MS Project) is an advantage
  • Exposure to working in a global, matrix organization and supporting project-based work is an advantage

What we offer

  • An international and collaborative team
  • The chance to work on global projects within Pandora’s Marketing organization
  • A dynamic environment with lots of opportunities to learn and grow
  • An inclusive workplace where your ideas are heard and you’re encouraged to take initiative

Additional Information

  • You are expected to work 15–20 hours per week.
  • Start date: As soon as possible.
