As part of Pandora's Global Marketing organisation, you will join a collaborative and international team responsible for driving customer engagement, loyalty, and retention across the entire customer lifecycle.
As our Student Assistant, you will gain exposure to both strategic projects and operational execution while working closely with colleagues across Lifecycle Strategy, Membership & Loyalty, CRM Operations, and customer-facing communications. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable insight into how a global CRM, Lifecycle, and Loyalty organisation operates while contributing to initiatives that impact customers across more than 100 markets worldwide.
Some of the key responsibilities our new Student Assistant will support with:
- Supporting the Implementation & Operations team with operational tasks and platform-related activities, including Bloomreach-related support
- Pulling data extracts, updating content in Bloomreach, fetching email previews for presentations, supporting campaign QA, maintaining documentation, coordinating creative requests, and following up on operational requests
- Supporting the Lifecycle Strategy team with presentations, documentation, meeting materials, workshop preparation, insight gathering, business cases, and analyses
- Creating presentations, summary slides, visuals, meeting notes, and follow-ups on action items
- Supporting ongoing Membership & Loyalty initiatives across global markets, including campaign preparation, QR code creation, stakeholder coordination, presentation materials, and action tracking
- Helping maintain and improve team documentation and processes to support efficient collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Supporting ad hoc administrative and coordination tasks across the broader Customer Lifecycle & Membership team
You will work with tools and systems such as Bloomreach, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, SameSystem, and Microsoft Office.
What we are looking for
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Student Assistant to support our Customer Lifecycle & Membership team. You enjoy collaborating with others, are eager to learn, and thrive in a dynamic international environment.
Ideally, you are, but we also like to be surprised:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field (minimum 1.5 years remaining of your studies)
- Structured, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Comfortable balancing multiple tasks and priorities
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Interested in CRM, customer loyalty, and consumer engagement strategies
- A collaborative team player with strong communication skills

This role is based at Pandora's Global Headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The position is approximately 15-20 hours per week on average, with flexibility around exam periods.
