About the Role
The Store Manager is the ultimate Pandora ambassador. In this role, you’ll immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product range, taking real pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll spend quality time on the shop floor, engaging with customers and working alongside your team to drive results. You’ll also lead, coach, and develop an Assistant Store Manager and a team of Retail Assistants.
- Create a positive and engaging store culture where team members feel empowered to represent the brand
- Drive a high-performance sales environment that consistently exceeds customer expectations
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, identifying opportunities for growth
- Lead, coach, and develop your team, building capability and accountability
- Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to manage performance and people matters
- Oversee store operations, ensuring excellence in visual merchandising, processes, and customer experience
- 3+ years’ experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Proven ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams
- Passionate about delivering results and creating exceptional customer experiences
