- Perform daily task to meet or exceed given daily target.
- Ensure quality products are made as required.
- Execute daily task with highest safety mindset and practices.
- Ensure production processes such as WI and Routing are used for production.
- Report any issue found during production and alert team leader to resolve issue quickly.
- Ensure all company’s asset are properly maintained and well looked after within responsible area.
- Support Team Leader and Supervisor controller in any assignments.
- Ensure compliance to all related law, regulations and work rules i.e. labor law, Pandora code of conduct, Disney code of conduct, RJC, BOI, etc. at all time. Consults with Human Resources Department as appropriate.

- ผลิตชิ้นงานให้ได้ตามแผนการผลิตและได้มาตรฐานตามที่กำหนด
- ปฎิบัติงานโดยตระหนักถึงความปลอดภัยเป็นอันดับแรกเสมอ
- ปฎิบัติตาม คำสั่งปฎิบัติงาน, ขั้นตอนการผลิต, เวลาตามมาตรฐานและอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้สอดคล้องตามแผนการผลิต
- แจ้งปัญหาที่พบกับหัวหน้างานเพื่อหาวิธีการปรับปรุงแก้ไขให้ดีขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็ว
- รักษาและรับผิดชอบทรัพย์สินของบริษัทในพื้นที่ความรับผิดชอบของตนเอง
- สนันสนุนหัวหน้างานตามหน้าที่ใด ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ปฎิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ กฎหมายและข้องบังคับต่าง ๆ เช่นความปลอดภัยของ SHE, ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม กฎหมายแรงงาน จรรยาบรรณและจริยธรรมของแพนดอร่ารวมถึง Disney, RJC, BOI และอื่น ๆ เป็นต้นโดยสามารถปรึกษากับแผนกฝ่ายบุคคลตามความเหมาะสม
