Specialist, Scheduling Support and Data Analytics

At Pandora, we are looking for a Specialist, Scheduling Support and Data Analytics to develop data-driven insights, dashboards, and reporting solutions that support production scheduling and enable better business decisions.

1. Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions to support production scheduling and operational decision-making.
  • Analyse scheduling and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report key scheduling KPIs, providing timely and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Prepare interactive presentations and management reports to support business reviews and strategic initiatives.

2. Data Management & Reporting

  • Integrate data from multiple systems and sources to create accurate, reliable, and comprehensive datasets.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance by implementing appropriate validation and control measures.
  • Develop automated reporting solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
  • Deliver reliable data and reporting that enable users to analyse trends and make informed business decisions.

3. Process Improvement & Digital Solutions

  • Analyse business requirements and recommend reporting tools, automation solutions, and process improvements using Microsoft Office applications and business intelligence tools.
  • Design and enhance reporting capabilities to improve visibility, operational performance, and decision-making.
  • Evaluate implemented solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives through data analytics and reporting innovation.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Scheduling, Production, Supply Chain, IT, and other cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective reporting solutions.
  • Support strategic planning by providing meaningful business insights aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Empower business users by developing user-friendly dashboards and reports while providing guidance on data analysis and visualization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop reporting solutions that support company KPIs, strategic priorities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

 

We love that you are…

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or supply chain/manufacturing support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, PivotTables, advanced formulas) and Power BI.
  • Experience with SQL, data modelling, or reporting tools is a must.
  • Experience with Python is advantage.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and management reports for business performance monitoring.
  • Able to communicate effectively and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy, governance, and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, production planning, scheduling, or supply chain processes is preferred.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.

To date, there are two crafting facilities in Thailand, Bangkok, and Lamphun, and we employ more than 13,000 skilled craftspeople. By the end of 2024, there are 113 million pieces sold globally, all of which were hand-finished here in Thailand by our skilled craftspeople using high-quality raw materials and sustainable methods.
