Specialist, Global Process Owner

Responsibilities.

[Key objectives]

  • Act as the bridge between Business and IT to ensure business requirements are translated into effective system and process solutions.
  • Support the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of business processes across operations.
  • Ensure successful implementation, adoption, and sustainability of ERP/MES-enabled business processes.
  • Drive operational efficiency, process compliance, and data quality through optimized business processes and system utilization.

 

[Key duties]

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows from stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into functional requirements for IT and implementation teams.
  • Support process design, process mapping, and standardization initiatives.
  • Participate in system implementation projects and ensure business requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and execute SIT, UAT, data validation, and business readiness activities.
  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
  • Develop training materials and conduct key user training to support process adoption.
  • Provide post-go-live support, resolve process/system issues, and collect enhancement requests.
  • Monitor process performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend business or system enhancements.

 

Qualifications.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering / industrial engineering / science or equivalent experience with at least 3 years of project management.
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask, resolve issues, and share knowledge.
  • IT literate in MS Office, Project, Visio, Jira, Confluence etc.
  • Strong communication and writing skills in Thai and English.
  • Ability to train and share knowledge, skills, and attitudes with end users
  • Experienced with ERP and/ or MES systems (AX/ SAP (PP or QM module) is an advantage)
  • Understanding of jewellery operations is a plus.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; resourceful and adaptable.
  • Team-oriented; able to work under pressure and learn quickly.
  • Self-motivated with excellent planning, organizing, problem-solving, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to change.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts.
