About the Team:
The North America Ecommerce team at Pandora drives online commercial performance by delivering a seamless, optimized, and customer‑centric digital experience across the US and Canadian markets. Working cross‑functionally with Global Ecommerce, Marketing, CRM, Paid Media, Operations, and Technology teams, the group translates global strategies, platforms, and initiatives into locally relevant, high‑impact onsite execution.
Within this team, the Ecommerce Trading and Web Merchandising Specialist plays a critical role in shaping the Canadian onsite experience. The role owns day‑to‑day site execution and optimization, turning category strategies, campaign plans, and commercial priorities into precise onsite merchandising actions. By leveraging data, consumer insights, and experimentation, the Ecommerce Trading and Web Merchandising Specialist continuously optimizes navigation, search, product presentation, promotional execution, and supports global releases to drive growth and enhance the customer journey.

Your role as Specialist, Ecommerce Trading + Web Merchandising:
- Manage the Salesforce Commerce Cloud ecommerce platform, partnering with other site merchandising specialists to execute the day to day website merchandising tasks on the CA sites and deliver in a timely manner.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive category strategy aligned with Pandora’s overall business objectives. Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to drive category growth and differentiation.
- Drive revenue growth through effective planning, execution, and optimization of ecommerce initiatives. Analyze sales data, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Support website merchandising tasks partnering with ecommerce team – including product set up, categorization, campaign set up based on the commercial calendar with full website replication responsibilities using SFCC Business Manager.
- Optimize navigation, sorting, PLP filters/search refinements and onsite search identifying opportunities utilizing Bloomreach, Content Square and Adobe Analytics; drive changes based on data, consumer behavior and competitive insights.
- Implement, optimize and execute the implementation of approved campaigns, including promotions and website content in line with local and Global guidelines.
- Work closely with the optimization and testing team to execute and iterate on A/B tests to optimize and personalize the consumer journey.
- Optimize onsite search performance weekly and reduce no search results, optimize product sorting within categories as well as search results pages to gather insights and improve conversion. Drive strategic initiatives to create a seamless customer experience.
- Think like a customer: Continuously improve the online customer experience by analyzing user behavior, conducting user testing, and implementing enhancements to increase conversion rates, reduce bounce rates, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and report on daily / weekly / monthly onsite merchandising performance using Adobe Analytics & ContentSquare to provide recommendations to be reviewed by the ecommerce team, documenting results and sharing best practices with the rest of the team.
- Execute SEO strategies presented by agency partners.
- Coach the team members on SFCC, and share knowledge & key insights, platform releases & functionality with the wider team.

- 3 to 5 years proven experience in site merchandising or category management
- 1-3 years experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware) / Bloomreach
- Deep understanding of ecommerce platforms and online retail brands
- Familiarity with XML file handling, macros, HTML/CSS
- Proficient in Content Square, Bloomreach, Adobe Analytics, or similar BI tools preferred
- In depth knowledge of ecomm platforms, web analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud required / Bloomreach, or other similar Ecommerce search and sorting tools
- experience an asset
- JIRA ticketing system experience required
- Adobe Analytics experience required
- Content Square experience is preferred
- Basic HTML, CSS and XML knowledge required
- Experience in best practices of testing, optimization and drivers of online conversion
- Experience with SEO, A/B testing and Einstein Dynamic Merchandising is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality of work, excellent organizational and project management skills

Toronto Canada Salary: C$88,400 – C$110,500 commensurate on experience
