Pandora is looking for a dynamic and business-savvy Specialist, E-Commerce Trading & Web Merchandising in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Main purpose of the role:
The Specialist, E-Commerce Trading & Web Merchandising will drive the performance of our online business by combining strong commercial acumen with excellent content management execution.
This role is key to ensuring the e-commerce platform is commercially optimized, visually engaging, and aligned with both global and local strategies.
You will play a critical role in driving sales, improving customer experience, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, product launches, and website updates.
Key accountabilities:
1. Trading & Performance
- Drive online sales by optimizing trading performance in line with commercial and brand objectives.
- Monitor key KPIs (conversion, traffic, add-to-bag, sales) and provide actionable insights.
- Execute promotions, campaigns, and product launches with accuracy and timeliness.
- Configure promotional mechanics such as bundles and offers within the platform.
- Support the e-commerce team in sales planning and forecasting activities.
2. Content & Website Management
- Manage and update website content using CMS platforms such as Amplience and Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Ensure the site is always up-to-date and aligned with global and local campaign strategies.
- Coordinate with creative agencies to secure assets and ensure timely delivery.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content including campaigns, product launches, and seasonal updates.
- Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines and global quality standards.
3. Merchandising & Customer Experience
- Optimize product categorization and site navigation to enhance the customer journey.
- Ensure effective product visibility, collection launches, and campaign execution on-site.
- Adapt global guidelines to meet local market needs.
- Continuously improve the site experience through best practices and data insights.
4. Inventory & Operations
- Ensure online inventory accuracy and availability.
- Coordinate the successful launch of new products and collections.
- Troubleshoot and resolve content or website-related issues.
5. Optimization & Digital Growth
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize website performance and content effectiveness.
- Support SEO initiatives and collaborate with external agencies.
- Participate in UAT testing and the rollout of new digital features.
What We Are Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in E-commerce.
- Experience in retail, fashion, or FMCG industries preferred.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Amplience, SFCC, or similar).
- Experience working in regional or global organizations is a plus.
- Strong commercial mindset and results-driven approach
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent English
