About Pandora Production Vietnam

Pandora’s new jewellery crafting facility is located in the Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Park III (VSIP III), about 40 km north of Ho Chi Minh City. When fully scaled, the state-of-the-art facility will produce up to 60 million jewellery pieces annually and employ around 7,000 craftspeople. It is powered entirely by renewable energy and built to LEED Gold certification standards.

 

Key objectives:

The Specialist, Communications will lead and execute the internal communications strategy in Vietnam, support employer branding initiatives, and corporate branding efforts across Pandora Crafting & Supply in Vietnam. This role will ensure consistent and impactful communication that enhances both the internal culture and external brand visibility. The specialist will be responsible for leading communications efforts, positioning Pandora as a Top employer, and ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and communication activities among the employees and stakeholders in Vietnam.

Communications Strategy
• Lead the development and execution of internal communications strategies that drive employee engagement, organizational alignment, and a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of content across multiple channels (e.g., Engage, newsletters, emails), ensuring it aligns with company objectives and resonates with employees.
• Ensure effective communication of key organizational changes, updates, and initiatives, keeping employees informed and motivated.

Crisis communications Management
• Support the development and execution of crisis communication plans in collaboration with the Communications Manager in Thailand and Global Crisis Response team.
• Serve as the point of contact for gathering and verifying information during crisis situations.
• Draft and coordinate internal crisis communications to ensure employees receive timely and accurate information.
• Monitor internal sentiment and feedback during crisis periods and report findings to leadership.

Employer Branding
• Co-develop and execute employer branding strategies to position Pandora Crafting & Supply as an employer of choice in Vietnam.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Global Corporate Branding team to align employer branding efforts with recruitment strategies, ensuring consistency in messaging and attracting top talent.
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee advocacy and promote Pandora’s employee value proposition (EVP) and talent value proposition (TVP).

Corporate Branding & Creative Direction
• Oversee the creative direction of all corporate branding initiatives, ensuring consistency across all internal and external communication channels.
• Collaborate with the communications team to maintain the integrity of Pandora’s brand, ensuring that all content, messaging, and visual elements align with the corporate identity.
• Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, reinforce Pandora’s values, and engage both internal and external audiences.
• Ensure compliance with Pandora’s Brand Visual Identity (BVI) guidelines across all communications materials, including internal documents, presentations, and branded assets.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in employer branding, corporate branding, internal and corporate communications, or marketing, ideally in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record in developing and executing employer branding strategies that attract, engage, and retain talent.
• Experience in content creation, storytelling, and multi-channel communication, including social media, internal platforms, and external campaigns.
