We are looking for a Collection Management Specialist who will balance creative thinking with sharp analytical insights in support of the team’s Director and Managers to help bring compelling and successful collections to life. In this role, you will bring structure, insight, and operational excellence to one of the most influential parts of our product organization.
You will partner closely with Collection Owners and crossfunctional teams across Merchandising, Design, Product Development, Finance, Supply Chain, and Insights—making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to grow their commercial and strategic capabilities in a global environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic, Creative & Analytical Support
Contribute to 3year and 1year collection strategies through strong analysis, insights, and scenario modeling.
Conduct competitive benchmarking by tracking key and aspirational brands, as well as being in tune with insights on jewelry, fashion, and cultural trends to inform collection direction
Conduct regular performance reviews, tracking key performance metrics
Build detailed component-level analyses across collections, categories, price tiers, metals, and DVs.
Prepare inspiring and / or wellstructured materials for creative reviews, strategic reviews, governance forums, and alignment meetings.
Assortment & Line Planning
Support the creation of collectionlevel range architecture aligned with strategic priorities.
Develop assortment line plans by collection, category, price tier, metal, and DV.
Track globally mandated assortments, trays, wall units, and window units to ensure consistency across markets.
Pricing, Lifecycle & Promotion
Conduct pricing benchmarks and competitive analysis to inform price positioning and decision-making.
Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of product lifecycle movements.
Provide analytical support for promotional planning, offering insights that help optimize performance.
Maintain accurate pricing and lifecycle data across systems.
Governance, Coordination & Process Excellence
Maintain core governance tools and frameworks
Ensure high quality in briefs, documentation, and feedback loops that support Collection Owners and Design.
Drive alignment and clarity across crossfunctional teams by delivering accurate and timely information.

Who You Are - Someone with a genuine passion for storytelling and jewellery design, as well as the ability to translate data into insights
Experience
Approx. 2–5 years in collection/product management, merchandising, assortment planning, or a combination of analytical & creative roles.
We also welcome candidates with an equivalent mix of experience and education.
Skills
Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong conceptual and visual communication skills.
Solid commercial understanding of assortment, pricing, and lifecycle dynamics.
Structured problem-solving and scenario analysis capabilities.
Clear, concise communication and strong insightstorytelling skills.
Proficiency with data analysis tools, assortment planning tools, and Excel.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Fluency in English.
