Where omnichannel execution meets customercentric innovation
In this role, you will support the delivery and optimisation of Pandora’s most important omnichannel, delivery and post purchase initiatives - ensuring consistent standards, strong operational execution, and smooth adoption across markets. You’ll coordinate key processes, maintain global guidelines, and help shape the features and frameworks that bring our ambitions to life.
You will:
Support rollout of global initiatives covering omnichannel, delivery methods and post purchase experience
Contribute to business cases with data, insights, and impact assessments
Gather requirements, ideas, and improvement opportunities from cross functional teams and size initiatives
Coordinate timelines and dependencies across teams and markets
Collaborate with cluster leads to support target setting and performance tracking
Ensure guidelines and best practices across touchpoints are documented and maintained
Stay up to date on competitor activity, industry trends, and best practices

You bring a structured, analytical mindset and a passion for creating seamless experiences across channels. You enjoy connecting stakeholders, translating data into insights, and driving clarity in complex operational setups. You’re collaborative, proactive, and comfortable navigating multimarket environments where precision and communication matter.
You will succeed with:
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital operations, or omnichannel retail
Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into insights
Solid project coordination skills and comfort working across functions
Strong communication skills suited for both operational and senior audiences
A structured, detailoriented approach to processes and documentation
Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence, SharePoint)
Bonus points for:
Experience within global or regional retail organisations
Familiarity with omnichannel journeys, CX best practices, or CRM platforms

Working closely with Retail, Sales, Digital & Tech, and Cluster Ecommerce Directors, the team acts as a global hub for building consistency, scalability, and customercentric excellence in Pandora’s omnichannel ecosystem. Based at our Copenhagen HQ, you’ll be part of a global community shaping the future of our customer journeys.
