Senior Officer, T&O

Key accountabilities:
•  Prepare input parameter for capacity analysis tool.
•  Execute Capacity analysis report, Analyse the result, Anticipate potential risk related to capacity outlook and propose solution to prevent capacity constrained.
•  Update Planning parameter for new item setup in ERP system
•  Calculate safety stock levels of Casted part, Spare parts, Plastic and Stamping to meet demand forecast, update to ERP system.
•  Ensure production order has been delivered to stakeholder with inventory optimization / meet timeline.
•  Ensure that Casted part are available to meet Agile / Bundle demand
•  Monitor New Campaign hand-over status, Ensure that new campaign item are ready before order placment timeline
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on New Campaign status, Production order fulfillment.
•  Monitor stock levels regularly and initiate actions to maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing excess stock
•  Monitor own performance and address gaps/improvement opportunities.
•  Communicate efficient and effective with all stakeholder.

Qualification
•    At least 1-3 years of experience in Planning/Supply Chain filed.
•    Experience in Capacity Planning.
•    Experience in  manufacturing environment (Jewelry experience is preferred).
•    Experience in ERP system (AX, SAP, etc)

•    Detail and result oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
•    Excellent coordination and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
•    Knowledge in ERP or APS system.
