Monitor, analyze, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Analyze production data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
Support process optimization projects using data-driven approaches and statistical analysis.
Develop reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or other analytical tools.
Recommend new manufacturing methods, tools, and equipment to improve operational performance.
Perform statistical process studies and support process capability improvement.
Investigate process issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support projects focused on Productivity, Lead Time, FROT, Quality, and Cost.
Maintain reliable, safe, and sustainable manufacturing processes.
We love that you are…
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related Engineering field.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Able to communicate effectively in both English and Thai.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiar with Minitab, Power BI, AI tools, or other data analysis software.
Passionate about manufacturing, process improvement, and continuous learning.
A collaborative team player with good communication skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
