New Product Testing & Delivery
Execute the SOV testing phase for new products
Support and execute pre-production samples and prepare handover packages that meet defined criteria
Product Master Optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize Product Master sprues, ensuring quality and suitability for mass production
Process Optimization
Define and validate process parameters, routing, and tooling for new products based on testing results to represent mass production readiness
Work Instruction & Monitoring
Prepare work instructions and provide training to support new product mass production
Monitor, track, analyse, and continuously improve new product testing processes to achieve performance targets
Information Summary & Handover
Collect, analyse, and summarize testing results and technical information of new products
Ensure smooth handover to the Production team for mass production readiness
Standard Time & BOM Accuracy
Capture and validate standard time
Verify BOM accuracy to support material planning and master data preparation
Product Master Feedback
Provide feedback and recommend improvements to Product Master based on testing outcomes for mass production
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Support C&S strategy and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
Support Supervisor with assigned tasks and projects
We love that you are…
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in product engineering, new product testing, or manufacturing (preferred)
Knowledge of pre-production testing, process optimization, BOM accuracy, and Product Master sprue design
Strong analytical skills to evaluate test results, improve processes, and ensure mass production readiness
Good collaboration, reporting, and training skills to enable smooth production handover
Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
Ability to perform data analysis using Power BI
Good command of Thai and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
