Product Master Optimization:
Collaborate with the team to design and optimize Product Master sprue, ensuring quality and suitability for mass production.
Process Optimization:
Execute to obtain parameters, process routing, and tooling for new products based on testing results, representing a mass production process.
Ensuring Hanging, parameters, consumption and plating Program for new products (BB Plant)
Work Instruction and Monitoring:
Provide work instructions and training for new product mass production.
Monitor, track, investigate, and improve new product testing processes to achieve set targets.
Information Summary and Handover:
Collect and summarize information and testing results of new products, ensuring alignment, and handover to the Production team, making it ready for mass production.
Standard Time and BOM Accuracy:
Capture of standard time and verify BOM accuracy for material planning and master data preparation.
Product Master Feedback:
Provide feedback and recommend changes to the Product Master based on testing results required for mass production.
Collaborative:
Support C&S strategy, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
