Senior Officer, Process Engineer (AAA)

Key accountabilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to PEX team.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Conduct special tasks as assigned, such as preparing PR, PO, CER, HRMS and creating a journal and measuring samples for analysis.

Document Management:

  • Support in creating and revising WI.

Communication:

  • Facilitate communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Prepare test jobs, testing conditions and official correspondence.
  • Follow up status of test jobs with owner to ensure the amount of pieces are not lost and lead time is not too long.

Improvement:

  • Create test jobs to support the PEX team.
  • Execute testing DOE, collect data per assigned.
  • Follow up on the results of the experiment on assigned.
  • Able to identify characteristic of problem/defect by image analysis.
  • Summarize the results of the preliminary inspection.

Data Centricity and Reporting:

  • Generate routine reports as required.
  • Report task status and task priority list to team.
  • Monitor and Report lead time of test jobs. 

Inventory management:

  • Regularly reviewing, scrap product pieces which finish testing and inventory control for testing job.
  • Generate and review inventory reports regularly to identify trends, slow-moving items and potential issues.

KPI’s

  • Percentage increase in overall production efficiency (Productivity).
  • Reduce the defect rate, scrap rate, and rework rate (%S&R).
  • Percentage reduction in operational costs (Cost saving).
  • Number of safety incidents (Safety).
  • Percentage achievement of task assignment (%Deliver)
  • Lead time of test jobs (Job aging)
  • Behavior must rely on Pandora's values.
