Senior Officer, Event Management

The Officer, Event Management (Bangkok) is responsible for supporting the smooth execution of internal events and factory-related activities within Crafting & Supply. This includes coordinating logistics, managing suppliers, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations, and handling administrative documentation. The role contributes to building a strong internal culture through seamless event execution. 

 

 

  • Support the planning and execution of events within Crafting & Supply. 

  • Facilitate factory tours for internal and external guests. 

  • Represent Pandora Crafting & Supply in international showcases across the clusters. 

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop detailed event briefs. 

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to deliver events on time and within budget. 

  • Handle procurement-related tasks including Terms of Reference (TOR), PR, and PO processes.
