Pandora’s Global Operations & Planning Technology (GOPT) department is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead the Supply & Capacity Planning track within the Integrated Planning product line. Integrated Planning is a suite of products supporting key capabilities across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Merchandising Planning, and is central to Pandora’s ongoing business transformation journey, a key tenet of which is the ongoing transformation of Pandora’s Supply Chain Planning capabilities by bringing in a new SaaS solution (Program HERO). Based in the Bangkok Tech Hub, you will work closely with global business, product and engineering teams based in Thailand, Denmark & Poland, while driving strong product leadership locally.

Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Supply & Capacity Planning
- Translate transformation goals into clear product strategy and phased releases
- Lead release scoping and planning for upcoming Program HERO phases
- Balance prioritization across business value, technical feasibility, and delivery constraints
Release Planning & Execution
- Structure and manage product backlog across multiple releases and teams
- Define scope, milestones, and success criteria for each release
- Drive clarity across teams by breaking down complex initiatives into deliverable features
- Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs
Technology-Driven Product Management
- Act as a true digital product manager, working closely with engineering teams
- Build strong understanding of system architecture, integrations, and data flows
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned to long-term architecture
- Promote modern product practices such as Agile, DevOps, and iterative delivery
Stakeholder & Program Leadership
- Act as the single point of product accountability for Supply & Capacity Planning
- Drive alignment across business stakeholders, engineering teams, and program leadership
- Communicate clear product narratives, priorities, and trade-offs
- Support decision-making at senior levels within Program HERO
Transformation & Value Realization
- Shape how Supply & Capacity Planning capabilities evolve within Integrated Planning
- Ensure delivered capabilities drive measurable business outcomes
- Support user adoption, feedback loops, and continuous improvement
Bangkok Hub Product Leadership
- Act as a senior product leader within the Bangkok Tech Hub
- Collaborate closely with global teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence
- Contribute to strengthening product management practices locally

Core Product Management Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management within digital/technology environments
- Proven track record of scoping and delivering multiple product releases in complex environments
- Experience working in engineering-led product organizations
- Strong experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and Agile delivery
Technology & Product Mindset
- Strong understanding of system ecosystems, integrations, and data-driven products
- Experience partnering with engineering, architecture, and data teams
- Ability to balance speed, scalability, and quality trade-offs
Domain Experience (Preferred)
- Exposure to Supply Chain Planning, particularly Supply & Capacity Planning
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, or FMCG environments
- Experience with large-scale transformation programs or integrated planning platforms
Leadership & Collaboration
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex topics
- Experience working in global, cross-functional teams
