Senior Manager, Product Engineer (Projects)

Main purpose of the role:

Manage all aspects of all projects for product development success by closely work with product development engineer team, from start to finish, to make sure are completed on time and within budget. Together communication and collaboration for project implement including  monitor progress and performance against the project plan gather necessary resources to complete the project.

I&PD Strategy:

• Implement the cascaded department strategy in alignment with the company roadmap, while managing projects to ensure adherence to budgeting, business case, change management, resource planning, and quality standards, thereby facilitating timely and cost-effective strategy implementation.

Product Development:

• Drive team collaboration and communication closely with others function engineering and also cross functional team for select and identify improvement area for project manage and run for improve more efficient and success in product development area.
• Lead and manage projects are relate with product & component specification, complex product, newness & innovation with proper timeline, budget forecast ,tools and resource as required for project success.
• Drive and conduct project meeting & preparing data and report including  monitoring status update sharing within and beyond the project team for make sure target are met.
• Drive and support  product engineering strategy and others relate strategy together with others engineering functional to be success implementation.
• Optimize design and technique of the products to achieve the target cost and find a solution in terms of product design to reduce costs when they exceed the target.
• Lead in running projects are relate with product development standard & Process and technical for cost reduction.
• Ensure transparency and manage risk assessment during the development phase, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify solutions and options.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in product engineering project management. Implement best practices, lessons learned, and feedback from stakeholders to enhance project delivery processes.

Team Management/Leadership:

• Coach and Mentor project team for improve and assist them to solve the problem and skill up in project management and others skill related.

Educational background:
ระดับการศึกษา

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Field of study:

(Preferred education)

Engineering, Project Management, Jewelry or other related fields

Pivotal and professional qualifications:

• Project management skill
• At least 5 years experiences in related Manufacturing or Project Management  experience .
• At least 5 years experiences in Management level (Jewelry industry or related is preferred).
• Product development experience.
