We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead and develop our IAM team and capability.
Identity is an increasingly important foundation for how we secure and enable Pandora's digital landscape. You will be responsible for driving IAM as a product, building a strong, scalable and business-oriented capability across identity lifecycle management, identity governance, authentication and authorisation, privileged access and the integration of applications and identity populations into our IAM ecosystem.
This is not purely an operational management role. You will combine people leadership, product ownership, IAM domain expertise, governance and delivery accountability, developing a clear IAM roadmap and continuously maturing the capabilities that underpin it.
Operating across Pandora's corporate, retail and manufacturing environments, you will work closely with Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture, Digital Workplace, Infrastructure, HR, application teams and technology partners to make identity simpler, more secure and more scalable.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead, coach and develop our IAM team, creating clear ownership, accountability and strong engineering capabilities.
- Drive IAM as a product and organizational capability, owning its roadmap, demand and prioritisation, capability maturity, adoption, performance and continuous improvement.
- Develop and mature IAM capabilities across Identity Governance, Joiner-Mover-Leaver, access management, authentication, privileged access and identity lifecycle management.
- Build a strong IAM engineering culture, driving automation, standardisation, reusable patterns and simplification while reducing manual processes and technical debt.
- Strengthen identity governance and establish clear business ownership and accountability for identities, roles, entitlements and access.
- Evolve IAM to support Pandora's corporate, retail and manufacturing environments, driving onboarding of applications and diverse identity populations into our IAM ecosystem.
- Work with the IAM Architect to translate IAM strategy and target architecture into capabilities and delivery.
- Ensure IAM capabilities support security, compliance and audit requirements while delivering a simple and effective identity experience.
- Define and drive the long-term vision, strategy and operating model for IAM, ensuring alignment with Pandora's business and technology objectives.
- Drive the evolution of IAM to support emerging identity types, automation initiatives and future digital workforce capabilities.
We’re just a perfect match, if you are:
- Significant experience within Identity & Access Management in a large, complex enterprise environment.
- Previous people leadership or technical leadership experience, ideally leading IAM or Identity Engineering teams and developing high-performing technical teams
- A product-oriented mindset, with the ability to define capability of roadmaps, manage priorities and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of Identity Governance, JML, RBAC, access reviews, privileged access, SSO/MFA and identity lifecycle management.
- Experience with technologies such as SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
- Experience building, developing and maturing IAM capabilities, operating models and governance frameworks, including defining roadmaps and driving adoption across the organization.
- Experience with complex retail and/or manufacturing identity landscapes and managing different identity populations, including workforce, third-party, privileged and non-human identities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to connect business, security and technology perspectives and influence senior stakeholders across the organization.
- A pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset with the ability to turn strategy into execution.
- Fluent English and Polish.
- Previous experience supporting global IAM programs across multiple business units and geographies.
