Identify opportunities for process and system improvements across existing end-to-end (E2E) processes.
Conduct research and analysis on next-generation PLM systems and coordinate with vendors for product demonstrations and evaluations.
Collaborate with Process Development (PD), IT, and Finance teams on new initiatives, including business case analysis, system design, development, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation.
Support the adoption of new processes and systems through user training, user role and access management, and change support.
Act as a bridge between business and IT teams to support process optimization and new system development.
Monitor and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and system effectiveness.
We love that you are…
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in process optimization and As-Is / To-Be process mapping, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis and translating data insights into actionable improvements.
Minimum 2 years of experience working on software development or system implementation projects in collaboration with IT teams.
Experience with PLM or ERP systems such as FlexPLM, Microsoft Dynamics AX, or SAP is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Visio, and Power BI.
Experience with Jira or other project management tools is preferred.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Thai.
Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and process improvement capabilities.
Growth mindset with a strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
