Join us at Pandora’s Global Office in Copenhagen and help create the portfolio intelligence and organisational momentum that turn strategy into sustained business impact.

About the team

Pandora’s Strategy Delivery Office is part of our Global Strategy & Business Development team, which reports directly to Pandora’s CEO. We connect Pandora’s ambition, portfolio choices and organisational mobilisation to create confidence that our most important initiatives are focused on the right outcomes, progressing with sufficient pace and realising the value behind our strategy. We partner closely with senior leaders across functions and markets to strengthen delivery and resolve risks and dependencies that cut across the organisation. We combine a collaborative spirit with sharp problem-solving skills and offer a supportive and fun team environment.

What you’ll do

As (Senior) Consultant, Strategy Delivery Office, you will create an integrated view of Pandora’s strategic initiative portfolio, turning complex information into insights and recommendations that help leaders understand progress, anticipate issues and make better decisions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Create portfolio insight: Bring together delivery, value and adoption information from across strategic initiatives to provide a clear and integrated view of portfolio health.
  • Identify what matters: Analyse patterns, trends and connections across the portfolio, highlighting emerging risks, dependencies, value gaps and opportunities that require attention.
  • Turn insight into leadership action: Translate complex portfolio information into clear narratives, recommendations and executive materials that enable focused discussions and decisions.
  • Connect strategy and execution: Trace how initiatives contribute to Pandora’s strategic ambition. Help ensure that portfolio reporting remains focused on outcomes and impact and links to Pandora’s growth model.
  • Drive the portfolio rhythm: Coordinate the preparation and follow-through of portfolio reviews and decision forums, ensuring that the right questions, evidence and stakeholders come together at the right time.
  • Strengthen portfolio transparency: Establish a consistent and reliable foundation for understanding initiative progress, value realisation and adoption readiness across the organisation.
  • Improve the strategy-to-execution system: Identify opportunities to simplify portfolio processes, strengthen common practices and use technology and artificial intelligence to improve the quality and efficiency of the SDO’s work.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a structured and curious problem-solver who can connect detail with the wider strategic picture and turn complex information into clear, commercially relevant insights that drive real business outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you ideally bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in strategy, transformation, portfolio management, business analysis, top-tier consulting or a comparable role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect information from multiple sources and identify the implications for the wider business.
  • Experience in creating executive-level insights and materials, including constructively testing evidence and turning complex information into clear narratives, recommendations and decisions.
  • Strong orchestration skills, with the ability to bring together inputs, evidence and decision requirements across initiatives and functions.
  • A commercial mindset and an interest in how strategic choices translate into customer, operational and financial impact.
  • Strong capability in data analysis and visualisation, supported by an interest in using digital tools and artificial intelligence to improve decision-making and ways of working.
  • Fluency in English. Additional languages relevant to Pandora’s key markets are an advantage.
