Develop and maintain capacity planning models to support NPD operations.
Analyze workload demand, resource capacity, and utilization trends across functions.
Identify capacity constraints, bottlenecks, and potential resource gaps.
Support scenario planning and capacity forecasting to enable proactive decision-making.
Develop dashboards and reports for capacity, workload, backlog, and resource utilization monitoring.
Identify data trends and provide recommendations to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure data quality and integrity across planning systems and reporting tools.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or any related fields.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in capacity planning, resource planning, demand planning, project planning, NPD operations, or related areas.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Experience in developing capacity planning models, forecasting tools, dashboards, and performance reports.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of resource management, workload planning, capacity utilization, and process optimization concepts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present insights effectively to various levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement.
Good command of written and spoken English.
