Talent Development & Talent Acquisition Manager Northern Europe (m/f/d) - Hamburg

As Talent Development & Talent Acquisition Manager Northern Europe, you will play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining talent across the Northern Europe cluster. You will provide strong people leadership while driving the strategic talent acquisition and talent development agenda across Northern Europe, including succession planning, leadership learning and internal mobility.
Acting as a trusted partner to business leaders and regional stakeholders, you will help build strong talent pipelines and create meaningful development opportunities that support both individual growth and business success.

Talent Acquisition
- Lead and drive recruitment activities across Northern Europe for Head Office and Retail functions.
- Partner with leaders to develop proactive hiring strategies and workforce plans.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience while continuously improving recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Leverage data and insights to monitor recruitment performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Support employer branding initiatives and strengthen Pandora's position as an employer of choice.
Talent Development & Succession
- Drive the Northern Europe talent and succession agenda in close partnership with HR Business Partners and business leaders.
- Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning processes, and internal mobility initiatives.
- Implement and coordinate leadership development programs, learning journeys, and development initiatives.
- Support leaders in identifying high-potential talent and building strong succession pipelines.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.
Stakeholder Management, Leadership & Projects
- Lead, develop, and support the Talent Development & Talent Acquisition team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders to implement talent strategies and programs.
- Lead and contribute to Talent Acquisition and Talent Development projects across Northern Europe.
- Drive change management and ensure successful adoption of new talent initiatives, tools, and processes.
- Use talent insights and HR analytics to support data-driven decision making.

- Several years of experience within Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, HR Business Partnering, or a related HR field.
- Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to develop, support and motivate a high-performing team.
- Experience driving both recruitment and talent development initiatives in a dynamic business environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
- Experience facilitating talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Analytical mindset with experience using people data and KPIs to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strategic perspective.
- Fluency in English and German language.
