Officer, QMS Support & ECR/CAR Management

The QMS Officer is responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and supporting the effective operation of the company's Quality Management System 
Controlling & Improve document control procedure to ensure strict compliance with document control procedures and facilitates cross-functional coordination for quality initiatives. 

 

Document & System Control
•    Monitor and execute document control processes, ensuring all QMS documents (SOPs, WIs, Forms) are created, revised, approved, distributed, and archived correctly via the EQMS (Electronic Quality Management System).
•    Provide timely technical support and guidance to all departments concerning the usage, accessibility, and navigation within the EQMS.
•    Ensure that all departments are using the latest approved versions of documents and prevent the use of obsolete materials.


QMS Activity Coordination and Implementation
•    Coordinate with various departments to organize meetings related to quality initiatives, track the progress of assigned tasks, and follow up on commitment deadlines.
•    Prepare and coordinate various QMS activities, including but not limited to internal audits, management reviews, and quality training sessions.
•    Assist in the preparation and response during audits conducted by customers or third-party certification bodies.


Problem Solving and Management Support
•    Address and resolve arising issues related to QMS implementation, documentation flow, or system usage promptly and effectively.
•    Execute and follow up on other directives and tasks assigned by the QMS Manager/Supervisor or Upper Management.


ECRN/CAR Management
•    Checking document accuracy before register in ECRN procedure and CAR on  EQMS by document owner to ensure that complies with document control procedure include document structure requirement, management system requirements
