Create master plan follow cycle milestone timeline.
Create job card and maintain testing schedules in accordance with the master plan and overview Qty required sample (GT, Sell in, retail test, etc.) match with Qty job card.
Ensuring the scheduling plan is the most effective manner for others in term of utilization.
Provide quick responses to the testing team issues. And identify problems and help to improve in case of having any system issues.
Responsible for generating a report of material, actual result status against the plan to ensure the deliverables are met with timeline.
Summary stock with same version in mass for transfer to sell and continue produce in mass production.
Infrom team for old version or version can’t sell to team and send email to manager for approve scrap.
Monitor and adjust stock of raw material rubber mould.
Daily report for update status job card in FE & FN.
Daily report for update status GT & Sell in.
Weekly plan FE& FN and plan overtime.
Create job card follow product engineer request for support retest and test paremeter.
Moniter aging job card.
Match job card FE to FN for check results from parameters FE & PM no.
