Alongside your recruitment portfolio, you will own selected Global Office Talent Acquisition capabilities or initiatives and coach colleagues to strengthen recruitment quality and consistency across the team.

Does that sound like you? Come join us!

Key responsibilities

Partner with the business

  • Act as our key account partner for assigned business portfolios, developing a strong understanding of their objectives, operating context and critical capability needs.
  • Translate business challenges and hiring demand into clear, realistic and evidence-based recruitment strategies.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior hiring leaders, HR Business Partners and relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide market insight and expert recruitment advice, constructively challenging role requirements, hiring assumptions, process design and timelines where appropriate.
  • Identify recruitment risks early, recommend practical mitigation and apply sound judgement when escalation is required.

Own your recruitment portfolio

  • Take ownership of delivery and transparency across designated portfolios, including demand, priorities, pipeline health, capacity and risks.
  • Lead regular portfolio discussions with relevant stakeholders and maintain momentum across concurrent assignments.
  • Coordinate priorities with colleagues to protect business-critical delivery and enable flexible One Team support.
  • Use recruitment data, market evidence and stakeholder insight to support stronger portfolio decisions and hiring outcomes.

Lead fullcyle recruitment

  • Lead complex, confidential, business-critical and senior recruitment assignments up to Senior Director level.
  • Define success profiles and develop tailored search, attraction, sourcing and assessment strategies.
  • Conduct targeted market mapping, direct sourcing, networking and candidate engagement.
  • Lead structured assessment processes and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations to support sound hiring decisions.
  • Manage alignment across multiple decision-makers and lead offer discussions and complex negotiations in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely candidate communication, accurate documentation and a professional candidate experience throughout the process.

Apply expert judgement and independence

  • Apply deep recruitment expertise, commercial awareness and labour-market knowledge to complex hiring challenges.
  • Operate autonomously, drive progress with minimal oversight and remain accountable for outcomes within the role’s remit.
  • Balance business requirements with market realities and communicate options and trade-offs clearly.
  • Exercise discretion in sensitive situations and escalate matters that exceed agreed authority or create material risk.

Strengthen recruitment capability

  • Own defined Talent Acquisition capabilities, methodologies, standards, projects or improvement priorities within an established functional direction.
  • Develop practical guidance, templates and working practices that improve recruitment quality, consistency, candidate experience, efficiency or scalability.
  • Coach Talent Acquisition Partners and Associate Talent Acquisition Partners on stakeholder management, sourcing, assessment and recruitment judgement.
  • Share market intelligence, lessons learned and effective practices across the team.

What we’re looking for

You are an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who combines recruitment expertise with strong business understanding and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders. You are comfortable managing ambiguity, navigating sensitive situations and taking full ownership of complex recruitment processes.

You bring a collaborative mindset, but you are equally comfortable working independently, challenging constructively and making sound decisions within your area of responsibility.

We imagine that you have:

  • Significant end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience, including senior and business-critical hiring, gained either in-house or within an executive search or recruitment agency environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand and communicate in the language of the functions you support.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and influence senior stakeholders with credibility.
  • Advanced capability in sourcing, market mapping, structured interviewing and candidate assessment.
  • Strong judgement, discretion and risk awareness, with the ability to manage confidential information.
  • The ability to translate business needs and market evidence into practical recruitment strategies and recommendations.
  • Clear, concise and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience coaching colleagues, sharing expertise or leading defined capability improvements.
  • Experience with psychometric assessment tools, including Hogan, is considered an advantage.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

Your new team

You will join Pandora’s Global Office Talent Acquisition Partnering team, part of the wider People Experience organisation. The team partners with functions across Pandora’s Global Office to identify, attract and hire the capabilities needed to support Pandora’s continued growth and transformation.

You will work alongside Talent Acquisition colleagues with different levels of experience and portfolio responsibility, contributing both through your own delivery and by strengthening shared recruitment practices across the team.

We work collaboratively, share priorities and support one another to deliver a professional and consistent experience for candidates and hiring stakeholders.

You will be working out of our beautiful Head Office in Copenhagen V, established in 2016 and designed to unite and inspire our teams.
