Store Manager
Lead the launch of Pandora Warrnambool and build a high-performing team from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the successful store opening and ongoing performance
- Recruit, coach and develop your team
- Drive sales, KPIs and customer experience
- Maintain operational and visual merchandising excellence
- Create an engaging and positive store culture
What You'll Bring
- Previous Store Manager experience in retail
- Proven success leading teams and delivering results

Assistant Store Manager
Support the Store Manager in delivering commercial success and creating an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations and store performance
- Coach and motivate the team to achieve targets
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Oversee stock, rostering and store standards
- Lead the store in the Manager's absence
