Manager, Tech Strategy, Change Management & Adoption

This position sits at the intersection of tech strategy, change management, and adoption within Pandora's D&T Tech Strategy & Foundation organization. You will contribute to shaping the D&T technology strategy, evaluate emerging technologies and translate them into actionable insights for executive leadership, and drive operationalization of technology roadmaps across a matrixed, multi-domain and multi-vendor environment. You will establish and execute governance frameworks, KPIs, and operating models, while leading cross-functional collaboration across architecture, engineering, and corporate strategy teams. Critically, you will lead change and adoption planning for technology initiatives, including persona-based stakeholder engagement, enablement delivery, and comms design, ensuring technology strategies and target reference architectures lands across teams. The role also champions clear communication and storytelling, translating complex technology trends into compelling narratives for relevant audiences.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the definition and operationalization of tech strategy and vision across D&T domains, bridging corporate strategy with technology priorities
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, platforms and partners to support D&T strategic goals; translate complex tech trends into actionable insights for executive leadership
  • Drive engagement across the tech foundation architecture team, corporate strategy, and engineering leaders to build consensus on tech strategy scope, prioritization and roadmap
  • Support the definition and execution of AI journey, including tool governance, use case ideation, and adoption
  • Develop metrics, KPIs, and governance for tech strategy, and drive operationalization of the tech strategy operating model
  • Navigate a matrixed, multi-vendor D&T organization across global domains to drive alignment and adoption
  • Lead change and adoption planning for tech strategy initiatives, including persona-based engagement, pilot design, enablement delivery, and feedback loops
  • Establish and maintain collaboration with engineering teams and engineering leaders to drive adoption of tech strategy and target reference architecture
  • Lead communications and storytelling around tech strategy and target reference architecture, to land the message clearly across D&T audiences
  • Build and maintain a structured approach to tech and operating model adoption, including stakeholder engagement design and comms planning
     

Key Requirements

  • Degree educated in Business Administration, Computer science or software technology or MBA in tech/digital strategy
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in strategy, change management, digital transformation, or a related field, ideally within a complex, global organization
  • Good balance of strategic forward leaning thinking, with high business acumen
  • Collaborative leadership style, with strong focus on influence instead of authority
  • Transformative leadership skills, who is comfortable in driving enterprise level change management and bring people along in journey
  • Inspirational leadership, who dares to dream and comfortable in navigating the unknown
  • Excellent communication skills to translate tech language in audience friendly language, and proficient in storytelling - Good at painting big picture and connect dots from multiple discussions
