Workforce Planning & Market Intelligence
- Develop annual/rolling TA plans aligned with business expansion, attrition replacement, workforce planning and critical role priorities, partnering with business leaders, HRBPs and Finance.
- Segment recruitment plans by vacancy type (mass hiring, white-collar, critical skills, senior leadership) and provide market intelligence on talent supply, salary trends and channel effectiveness.

End-to-End Recruitment Governance

- Decide the right sourcing mix (in-house, agency, executive search, outsourced) based on urgency, scarcity and cost-benefit.

Team Leadership & Analytics
- Lead and allocate TA Specialists, TA Officers and outsourced recruiters, coaching the team on sourcing, screening judgment and data discipline to build recruitment capability.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards on pipeline health, SLA and cost; use data to drive process improvements and partner with Communications/HRBPs to strengthen employer brand.
