As Manager, Strategic Projects, you will support one of Pandora’s key growth initiatives: bringing the Pandora Growth Model to life. Working closely with the Pandora Growth Model Director, you will support the programme and thinking across strategy, planning, stakeholder engagement. This is a hands-on strategic role for someone who enjoys turning complex business topics into clear plans, practical tools and engaging narratives.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to shaping key strategic priorities, ensuring they are grounded in growth insight and aligned with Pandora’s broader growth agenda.
- Develop high-quality materials and narratives to support senior stakeholder discussions, decision-making and alignment.
- Translate complex topics into clear frameworks and tools.
- Connect insights, performance metrics and market perspectives to inform strategic choices and drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate structured discussions and working sessions, ensuring clarity of direction, strong alignment and actionable outcomes.
- Identify key risks, trade-offs and dependencies, and help drive informed decision-making in an evolving context.
- Support the broader change and capability agenda.
- Collaborate across functions to build alignment, momentum and shared ownership.
What we envision you’ll bring
- 4–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, retail insights, or a related field.
- Strong strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex questions and translate them into clear options or recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with KPIs, market data and business insights.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to turn strategic direction into clear plans, milestones and follow-up.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to create clear slides, updates and decision materials.
- Confidence working with stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping shape work that is still evolving.
- Understanding of commercial growth drivers, consumer behaviour, brand strategy, retail, merchandising or market performance is an advantage.
- Experience from management consulting, internal strategy, transformation or a global consumer/retail business is a plus.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

You will work closely with the Pandora Growth Model Director and with stakeholders across functions. You will be part of Pandora Global Strategy & Business Development team.
