Sourcing & Supplier Management
• Lead sourcing activities for Facility and Machinery, ensuring alignment with sourcing procedures and procurement policies.
• Conduct thorough indirect spend analysis for Facility and Machinery to identify potential savings opportunities and execute cost-saving initiatives effectively.
• Lead negotiations focusing on both commercial and technical terms to meet Pandora’s requirements and ensure favorable outcomes.
• Align and implement sourcing strategies for each category in line with Category Manager direction.
• Maintain a robust supplier base for each sub-category, ensuring sufficient ready-to-use suppliers for upcoming projects.
• Minimize conflicts by challenging the status quo and ensuring alignment with key stakeholders.
• Draft contracts based on master templates and consult with Legal for any deviations, ensuring all contracts meet legal and company standards.
Cost Management
• Negotiate and drive competitive cost structures and credit terms to achieve budgetary goals.
• Monitor cost-saving performance and market headwinds through regular performance reporting.
• Perform supplier market research and benchmarking.
• Gather market intelligence on emerging trends and changes.
Ethical & Sustainable Procurement
• Ensure responsible sourcing initiatives and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including sustainability-related functions.
Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to define and manage project risks while ensuring adherence to procurement standards.
• Support supplier assessments to ensure compliance with required standards.
Financial and Budget Control
• Execute departmental budgets, objectives, and KPIs while monitoring ongoing performance.
Supply Resilience
• Drive effective risk mitigation strategies such as multi-sourcing and supply chain mapping to safeguard against disruptions.
Sustainability
• Support supplier engagement initiatives related to carbon emission reduction and sustainability commitments.
Leading the Business
• Supervise high-performing procurement teams that deliver best-practice results, added value, strategic approaches, and continuous improvement.
We love that you are…
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• At least 7 years or more experiences in Category Management, Strategic sourcing, Cost validation in Indirect Material category. Be able to drive the bidding project and collaborate with stakeholder to achieve project KPI with high governance structure
• Good English communication and self-confident or Vietnamese speaking is preferable
• High experiences in Project strategy and management
• Ability to drive the solution to complex business problem
• Demonstrate the strategic perspective and create sustained results for Pandora (financial, non-financial)
• Is self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard; willing to change
• Has an ability to lead, manage, motivate, and run own team of talented individuals
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; interact effectively within the organization
