Student Assistant, Procurement Excellence

We therefore work to continuously improve our procurement processes & tools to best support the Pandora Global Procurement team in executing efficient & value adding Category Management.
Global Procurement is an international team of professionals who likes to have fun, and we have an informal tone and a flat structure.
As a Student Assistant in Global Procurement Excellence, you will get some of the exposure to both operational and strategics work. You will be part of supporting the team on continuously developing tools & building capabilities in the Procurement team. Your main tasks will be to:
· Support the tracking, maintenance, & further development of the Procurement toolbox across areas such as:
o Risk & Compliance
o Contract Management
o eSourcing & Procure2Pay
o Category Management
o Reporting & analytics
· Support capability building activities within the Procurement community.
· Independently own smaller ongoing analytical &/or reporting tasks.
· Participate in capability development activities, team meetings, & when possible external Procurement networking events.
· Build relationship with the wider Global Procurement team as well as relevant sister departments.
This is a unique opportunity for the student who’s looking to build a career within Procurement &/or Capability Development.
This role is based in the Pandora’s Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be around 20 hours per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).
Proactive, with a positive mind set You could be the ideal candidate if you're an enthusiastic team player currently pursuing or about to embark on your Master’s Degree, ideally with 2 years remaining until graduation. You're proactive, driven, and have a track record of high performance, whether in your studies, extracurriculars, or previous work experience. You thrive on working independently, taking ownership, and seizing opportunities. Plus, you're excited about the prospect of contributing to the world's leading jewelry brand! Adding to the above, we hope to see that you are:
· Pursuing a Master’s degree or similar in a relevant field e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or Data Management
· Genuinely interested in Procurement, Process optimization, & Data, experience is a plus
· Bringing strong business acumen and commercial understanding/interest
· Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
· Possesses strong analytical skills combined with practical, common-sense thinking
· Great at managing stakeholders across all levels in a corporate setting, able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal abilities
· Skilled at creating solid and clear presentations in PowerPoint, and setting up analysis in Excel

You will be working as part of a team of +20 skilled colleagues, and report to the Head of Procurement Excellence.
