Specialist, Supply Chain Product Owner 
As a Supply Chain Product Owner, you will play a key role in driving transformation within your Product Area, contributing to Pandora’s HERO program, our advanced planning transformation initiative. 

This role supports the shift from legacy tools to a best-in-class, end-to-end planning solution, enabling more agile, integrated, and scalable planning capabilities. You will lead transformation through the Agile framework, ensuring business needs are captured as actionable user stories and aligned with planning goals.

This role requires a structured, analytical mindset and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Your work will strengthen planning process maturity, elevate reporting capabilities, and support end-user readiness, advancing a digitally enabled, data-driven supply chain that meets demand efficiently and delivers measurable business impact.

What is needed to succeed

  • Drive readiness for go-live activities for own product team
  • Monitor product team progress and deliver according to defined OKRs - Identify user pain points and translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Facilitate cross-functional forums and ensure alignment between Supply Chain and Tech teams
  • Drive change adoption across global planning teams
  • Prepare clear analyses and presentations to support leadership decisions
  • Promote knowledge sharing within the transformation team

Ideally You will Demonstrate

  • Successful implementation and adoption of the planning solution and business releases.
  • Improvement in supply chain planning efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Stakeholder engagement and satisfaction with planning transformation initiatives.
  • Reduction in process inefficiencies through technology-driven enhancements.
  • Effectiveness of training programs and system adoption rates.
  • Adherence to configuration, validation, test cases, and training material for all user stories within each sprint.
  • Readiness for End-to-End System Integration Testing (E2E SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • On-time delivery of critical inputs for Change Impact Assessment and execution.
  • Completion of HERO co-design, ensuring seamless integration with parallel programs such as ERP implementation and King Fisher Vietnam.
  • Key Stakeholder Management – External system providers/Vendors (09) Service and consultancy providers.

Personal Competencies

  • Bachelor, Masters, PhD in Engineering, IT, Supply Chain Management, Management Engineering,
  • Combination of experience and education accepted - Advanced theoretical and applied knowledge about planning processes, supply chain management, supply chain development
  • High Expertise in planning solutions/systems
  • Experience working in Agile framework - Project Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective prioritization, accountability, and organizational skills
  • System knowledge on planning solutions
  • Excellent change management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Jira & Confluence is a plus
