Alternative Quality Management & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work collaboratively with Supplier, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Calibration teams to manage and resolve alternative quality issues observed in the plant.
Analyze material‑related issues and evaluate their impact on the alternative production process.
Define action plans with the Alternative and Calibration teams to support issue resolution in production.
Review and update inspection standards based on risk levels and defect trends, in collaboration with the Alternative team.
Design and develop inspection tooling to support MQ in performing accurate and consistent product inspections.

Prepare formal and structured Failure Analysis Reports.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify root causes and define containment, corrective, and preventive actions while supporting effective sample analysis.
Prepare sample analysis reports and communicate findings clearly and effectively to relevant stakeholders.
