- Plan and execute process and product audits based on risk levels, ensuring compliance with quality requirements.
- Communicate audit findings and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement.
- Define key process parameters, monitor process capability, and analyze quality data to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Participate in quality investigations to identify root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead and supervise the process and product audit team to ensure consistency, accuracy, transparency, and reliability in audit activities.
- Initiate and implement new inspection, testing, and quality control methods, tools, and equipment to improve product quality, reduce waste, shorten lead time, and enhance productivity.
- Develop and maintain quality standards, procedures, and audit plans to support operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to drive process improvement initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
- Minimum experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing Quality, or a related function.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management systems.
- Solid understanding of process and product auditing, sampling plans, and statistical analysis.
- Proficient in Quality Core Tools, including APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, and Control Plan.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach and adaptability to change.
- Experience in leading, coaching, and developing teams is an advantage.
