Plan, manage, and monitor construction or renovation projects to ensure completion within the approved timeline.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Supervise and inspect construction quality to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and company standards.
Control project budgets, track expenses, and provide progress updates against approved budgets.
Organize regular project meetings, follow up on action items, and report project status.
Review and manage project documents such as BOQ, drawings, quotations, contracts, progress reports, and handover documents.
Identify project risks and provide effective solutions to minimize delays or cost impacts.
Ensure contractors comply with safety regulations and site requirements at all times.
Conduct project inspections, manage punch lists, and complete final handover as scheduled.
Prepare project progress reports and present updates to management.
Personal Competencies:
Technical competency in analytical, problem-solving skills, process management, change
Management and advanced statistical techniques are a plus.
Experience in continuous improvement (Lean master or Six sigma belt certification is preferred)
Strong to appropriately apply analysis and statistical tools to solve problems.
Computer skills, Microsoft Office, Minitab (Statistical) and power BI.
Good of both written and spoken English.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Strong to effectively prioritize and execute multitasks while under pressure.
