Senior Manager, Product Finance

Pandora jewellery is loved by millions. Do you want to help keep the company as strong as the love its products attract? ... If so, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for!

Pandora sells more jewellery than any brand in the world, at a gross margin of around 80 percent, among the strongest in consumer goods. That strength is what lets the brand keep creating, designing, crafting and showing up for the people who wear it, and what earns the trust of the investors who back it. Guarding it, piece by piece and collection by collection, is what this newly created role is for. We deliver on our promises, and precious metals at multi-year highs are testing every jewellery maker's discipline right now. The brands that keep their craft and their strength through it will set the pace. That is the work, and it starts immediately.

Pandora's success is built on product: design that powers both the love for the brand and the profit that sustains it, and an assortment where every piece earns its place, in the stores and in people's hearts. You will build product profitability governance with our Product organization: what enters the assortment and on what threshold, what leaves it and when, and how design, cost, price and mix add up to a portfolio that earns steady love from millions.

You lead through mandate and the forums you chair, not headcount: the team is deliberately senior and flat, and your counterparts are the CPO leadership team, Merchandising, Revenue Growth Management, Craft & Supply finance and the CFO office. Your work is in front of the Executive Leadership Team every cycle, at the center of the company's strategic agenda.

What you will do

  • Design and chair the product gate and lifecycle forums, moving with the assortment cycle: thresholds set, decisions evidenced, follow-through visible, and a line where every piece earns its place.
  • Own the numbers behind what every product costs and earns, hands-on in the cost and BI systems, and build the story behind them, told at Executive Leadership and investor standard.
  • Partner Product Strategy, Merchandising, pricing and Craft & Supply finance on how design choices become cost, how whole product families keep earning as they grow, and the link between what we choose to sell and what we charge.
  • Hold the finance position with senior product stakeholders on thresholds and lifecycle decisions, and keep the partnership strong while you do it.
  • Direct a product finance analyst on content and draw on a shared analytics bench built for exactly this work. Contribute to building agentic capabilities to expand the value you deliver.

What is needed to succeed

  • 10+ years in product or gross margin finance from vertically integrated retail or consumer goods; you have run a costing or product-profitability function, not only analyzed one.
  • Hands-on analytical depth that has stayed recent: you build and defend margin baselines yourself, and master data is familiar ground.
  • A track record of building governance that held: gates or lifecycle forums with thresholds that survived contested, sponsored proposals.
  • Credibility in front of a CFO and a CPO in the same meeting.

Who you are

  • A self-starter: you break the ice on work nobody has owned before and bring structure where there was none.
  • You develop and defend your own point of view, and you change it when the evidence says so.
  • Consumer-centric: you know growth comes from products people love and a brand they think of first, and you read margin through that lens. Multipliers, not mechanical levers.
  • You believe finance is a strategic copilot to the business, in the room when plans are made, not after they are priced. And you see it as the essential guardrail that keeps a company strong enough to be trusted, by the people who wear the jewellery and the investors who back it.
  • You can have difficult conversations respectfully: holding strategic financial realities against a proposal someone loves, and keeping the relationship.
  • People-centric and a collaborator: you build capability in others and win as a team across functions.

Reporting into the Sr Director, Global Product & Marketing Finance, you will join a small, senior team at the center of a chapter Pandora is building on design, brand and the discipline underneath them, with a mandate sponsored from the top of the company, the room to build, and a market that will not wait.
