Manager, Product Management

Are you passionate about product data and the systems that turn it into consistent, high-quality experiences everywhere it's used? Do you enjoy the technical challenge of connecting complex data flows across platforms? Do you thrive on making product information easy to find, understand, and trust—for customers and for AI? If so, we might have the perfect opportunity for you!

Pandora's team is looking for a Product Manager to own our Product Information Management (PIM) practice. PIM is central to our architecture, syndicating product data to ecommerce, marketplaces, retail, and marketing systems, so you'll work at the intersection of data architecture, content quality, and discoverability.

As our new Product Manager, you'll own the product strategy and delivery for our PIM platform, with InRiver preferred as our PIM technology. You'll work closely with data, engineering, and content teams to define the data model, govern data quality, and ensure product information flows correctly to every downstream channel.

This role is critical to how our products are found and understood—not just by customers on our own site, but increasingly by AI-driven answer engines and generative search. You'll balance strategic roadmap planning with hands-on technical execution, vendor management, and continuous improvement of our data model.

Help Write Our Next Chapter - Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the product roadmap and backlog for our PIM platform, ensuring the data model and architecture support both business and technical needs
  • Design and optimize data flows between PIM and downstream systems (ecommerce, marketplaces, DAM, ERP), working closely with engineering
  • Partner with content, SEO, and marketing teams to structure and enrich product information for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
  • Manage vendor relationships, including roadmap alignment, issue escalation, and feature adoption
  • Monitor data quality, syndication performance, and platform health, identifying optimization opportunities and driving continuous improvement
  • Stay ahead of trends in PIM, product data architecture, and AI-driven discovery, bringing forward strategic recommendations

We would love if you could bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, data platforms, or PIM—ideally within ecommerce or product content operations
  • Technical understanding of PIM architecture, data modeling, and system integrations (APIs, ETL, syndication)
  • Experience with InRiver or similar PIM platforms preferred
  • Experience optimizing product information for AEO and GEO—structured data, schema markup, and content formats that AI systems and search engines can parse
  • Experience writing clear product requirements and managing backlogs in tools like JIRA
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring data quality and discoverability impact
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills—you can navigate between technical and business teams with ease
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, consent management) is a plus

We know that great talent comes from different backgrounds and experiences. If this role excites you and you can see yourself bringing many of these skills to the team, we’d love to hear your story!
