  • Oversee procurement, warehousing, logistics, deployment, installation, and connectivity services.
  • Drive supplier performance through clear KPIs, governance frameworks, and service expectations.

Operational Leadership

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and reduce operational incidents.
  • Build operational transparency through data, reporting, and service metrics.
  • Support business growth through scalable, resilient, and cost-effective technology operations.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Endpoint Management, Network Operations, Retail Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience leading technology operations across multiple countries, regions, or business units.
  • Strong understanding of endpoint management, hardware lifecycle management, and network operations.
  • Experience managing strategic technology vendors, telecom providers, and outsourced service partners.
  • Demonstrated success delivering operational transformation, service improvement, or infrastructure modernisation initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across business, technology, and supplier organisations.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, business cases, and operational investments.
  • Ability to balance operational stability with continuous improvement and transformation.
  • Experience working within complex international and multicultural environments.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience within retail, consumer-facing, or multi-site technology environments.
