Our Order to Cash Team (Cash and Credit Management) is looking for Associate Specialist, OTC Accounting to join our Warsaw GBS community!
Your responsibilities can cover following areas:
- Handle incoming wholesales receipts,
- Handle direct debit payment,
- Analyze overdue invoices,
- Settle customers account transaction and follow-up on differences,
- Book provision for bad debt,
- Allocate & reconcile payments by cash and credit cards with retail sales,
- Calculate and reclass cash and credit cards in transit,
- Post manual journals and ensure supporting documentation,
- Prepare monthly reporting package,
- Maintain OTC generic mailbox,
- Assist with audit tasks,
- Perform internal audit controls.
You’re the perfect match, if you have:
- Min.1 year of experience with accounting
- Knowledge of SAP4Hana
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Polish
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and particularly in MS Excel
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Reliability and trustworthiness
- Customer orientation
- Advanced communication skills
