Lead and supervise daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are achieved.
Manage production output and manpower allocation to meet changing business demands and flexible production plans.
Drive TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and Continuous Improvement initiatives to maximize machine performance and operational efficiency.
Monitor and analyze production KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions to achieve operational targets.
Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to resolve production issues and prevent recurrence.
Ensure machine availability, process stability, and compliance with standard operating procedures.
Prepare, analyze, and present production performance reports, operational updates, and improvement plans to management.
Coach, develop, and manage production team members to build a high-performing team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity, quality, and overall manufacturing performance.
We love that you are…
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Production, Manufacturing, or Operations Management.
Proven experience leading and managing production teams in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of TPM, OEE, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Experience in production planning, output control, and capacity management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present KPIs and operational performance to management.
Experience in machine-intensive manufacturing processes is highly preferred.
