The Manager, Supplier Quality, is accountable for ensuring quality excellence across Pandora’s supply base. The role owns supplier quality engineering, qualification and approval, incoming quality inspection, quality assurance activities, supplier performance monitoring and improvement, ensuring delivery of compliant, consistent and scalable that meet Pandora’s standards.
As a leader within Crafting & Supply Quality, this position deploys quality standards, acceptance criteria, risk management frameworks and supplier performance strategies that directly impact business continuity, customer satisfaction, product compliance and operational efficiency.

Supplier Quality Strategy
- Define and execute Supplier Quality strategy, ensuring alignment with Pandora’s business objectives, growth ambitions, quality standards, and risk management priorities
- Own and govern quality standards, acceptance criteria, inspection procedures, and performance frameworks across the supplier network.
- Establish governance mechanisms, KPIs, and reporting structures to drive supplier quality performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across all suppliers.
Quality Engineering & Operational Excellence;
- Lead quality engineering, qualification, and manufacturing readiness activities to ensure new materials, and suppliers are capable of meeting Pandora quality, compliance, and customer requirements
- Establish robust qualification, validation, change management, and approval frameworks
- Drive supplier quality performance improvement through structured scorecards, statistical analysis, capability assessments, and targeted development programs.
- Own non-conformance management framework, ensuring effective root cause resolution, corrective action implementation, and prevention of recurrence across the supply base.
Stakeholder & Organizational Leadership
- Serve as advisor to business leaders on supplier quality risks, readiness status, escalation priorities, and mitigation strategies.
- Build strategic partnerships with Procurement, Contract Manufacturing, Sustainability, Innovation & Product Development, Production, and Consumer Quality to ensure alignment on quality objectives and business priorities.
- Drive alignment between business requirements and supplier capabilities to support successful product launches, manufacturing scalability, and operational excellence
- Develop high-performing team internally, as well as having right partner to create flexibility, agility in resource planning and allocation.

- Bachelor’s degree or above, Engineering/science, materials, gemology or related field.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Manufacturing or Supplier Quality, with 3 years leading a team; experience in the gemstone category strongly preferred.
- Gemstone, jewellery manufacturing experience preferred.
- High volume, mass manufacturing experience preferred.
- Proven track record of managing supplier’s expectation.
- Implement an effective solution for complex business problems.
- Is an inspirational leader, practices genuine humility and places the team above their own interests.
- Is self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard; willing to change.
- Is smart about other people; has an ability to lead, manage, motivate, and run own team of future leaders.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; interact effectively with the organization.
- Quality core tools (AQL, Gage R&R, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP).
- English proficiency; able to work in global environment
