Responsibilities;
- Lead quality-related problem-solving activities using structured methodologies and analytical tools.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and develop effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and analyze Quality, Productivity, and Efficiency KPIs.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to reduce defects, rework, and process variation.
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Drive Continuous Improvement, Lean, and Kaizen initiatives across the production area.
- Prepare and present improvement project results and recommendations to management.
- Support data-driven decision-making through process analysis and performance reporting.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field
- 0-3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Process Improvement, Production Engineering, or Quality Engineering.
- Fresh graduates with internship or project experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Problem Solving are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of Problem Solving methodologies and tools, including PDCA , 5 Why Analysis ,SPC Tool.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles.
- Ability to analyze production processes and identify waste reduction opportunities.
- Good human relations, positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Good skill to Microsoft Office, Advance -Excel, Power Point,
