As Financial Controller - Marketing, you will support the Global Marketing Finance team by ensuring accurate and timely reporting, delivering clear variance analysis, and enabling financial transparency across marketing activities, projects, and investments. You will work closely with stakeholders across the Marketing organisation and Finance to support month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and continuous process improvements.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform month-end close activities in a timely and accurate manner, including review of costs, accruals, and financial postings,
- Prepare financial reporting with clear commentary, highlighting key drivers, risks, opportunities, and areas requiring attention,
- Support budget, forecast, and Long-Range Planning processes for Global Marketing,
- Partner with Marketing stakeholders to provide financial insight, challenge assumptions, and support informed decision-making,
- Drive process and tooling improvements to increase efficiency across month-end close, forecast updates, and ongoing reporting,
- Contribute to stronger financial transparency and governance across marketing spend and investment areas.
What we are looking for:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a similar field,
- Around 3 years of experience within finance, accounting, controlling, or business partnering,
- Strong understanding of cost controlling, month-end close, forecasting, and variance analysis,
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with stakeholders across functions and levels of seniority,
- Clear and concise communication skills, with fluency in English and Polish,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint,
- Experience from retail, fashion, FMCG, or another consumer-facing industry is an advantage.
