The Role as Executive Assistant
The role is a senior Executive Assistant position supporting the Chief Product Officer and the leadership team within the Product organisation. This position functions as a trusted strategic partner, ensuring the effective execution of key priorities, operational excellence across the function, and seamless day‑to‑day support for the CPO. The role requires exceptional judgement, strong business acumen, and the ability to act as an extension of the CPO in both internal and external contexts.
As part of Pandora’s C‑suite EA network, the position also plays a role in strengthening executive alignment, enhancing collaboration across functions, and supporting the execution of cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of the CPO’s priorities across the Product organization. This requires a strong blend of strategic support, operational excellence, and sophisticated stakeholder management. With responsibilities ranging from project coordination and executive‑level preparation to representing the CPO and orchestrating key meetings and travel, it is essential that the EA brings exceptional structure, discretion, and influence to the role.
Strategic & Operational Support
• Driving and supporting key projects and initiatives across the Product organisation
• Managing complex diary, inbox, and workflow priorities to ensure optimal use of the CPO’s time
• Preparing executive level materials including pre reads, briefings, agendas, and supporting documentation
• Consolidating inputs and data from stakeholders to inform decisions and leadership discussions
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
• Representing and acting on behalf of the CPO in selected meetings and interactions
• Managing communication and correspondence with professionalism, clarity, and discretion
• Building strong relationships across the business to support alignment and momentum on key deliverables
Meeting, Event & Travel Coordination
• Planning and coordinating leadership offsites, workshops, townhalls, and broader team events
• End to end management of domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and preparation
Administrative Excellence
• Supporting onboarding of new team members within the Product organisation
• Managing expenses, invoices, and purchase orders
• Owning ad hoc projects and operational priorities
• Contributing to a positive, efficient, and well functioning office environment
What is Required to Succeed
• Proven track record as an EA, supporting senior leaders at C‑suite level with the ability to manage complex priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• A service-minded attitude and approach to work, consistently thinking about how to help your Executive and their business
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to balance approachability and effective gatekeeping
• A highly organised, execution‑focused approach grounded in accuracy, reliability, and speed
• A deep respect for confidentiality and discretion, given access to sensitive strategic and personal information
• Strong attention to detail, paired with the ability to communicate clear, concise summaries
• Proactivity, agility, and comfort navigating a fast‑moving global matrix environment
• The capability to manage both high‑impact strategic work and critical day‑to‑day operational tasks
• A problem‑solving mindset and willingness to continuously improve processes and ways of working and ability to remove friction wherever it appears
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to work effectively with diverse leadership styles
• A positive, resilient temperament that supports a healthy, engaged team culture
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
• Willingness to work onsite 4–5 days per week and travel with the CPO when required
