Alternative Quality Management & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Work collaboratively with Supplier, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Calibration teams to manage and resolve alternative quality issues observed in the plant.
• Analyze material‑related issues and evaluate their impact on the alternative production process.
• Define action plans with the Alternative and Calibration teams to support issue resolution in production.
• Review and update inspection standards based on risk levels and defect trends, in collaboration with the Alternative team.
• Design and develop inspection tooling to support MQ in performing accurate and consistent product inspections.

• ทำงานร่วมกับ Supplier, Engineering, Manufacturing และทีม Calibration เพื่อจัดการและแก้ไขประเด็นคุณภาพของงาน Alternative ที่พบในโรงงาน
• วิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวัตถุดิบ และประเมินผลกระทบต่อกระบวนการผลิตในไลน์ Alternative
• กำหนดแผนการทำงานร่วมกับทีม Alternative และ Calibration เพื่อสนับสนุนการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิต
• ทบทวนและปรับปรุงมาตรฐานการตรวจรับงานตามระดับความเสี่ยงและแนวโน้มของข้อบกพร่องร่วมกับทีม Alternative
• ออกแบบและพัฒนา Tooling สำหรับใช้ในการตรวจสอบชิ้นงานเพื่อสนับสนุนแผนก MQ ให้สามารถประเมินคุณภาพได้อย่างแม่นยำและสม่ำเสมอ

Failure Analysis & Reporting

• Perform quality sample analysis using laboratory measurement equipment to identify and determine preliminary root causes in a systematic manner.
• Prepare formal and structured Failure Analysis Reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify root causes and define containment, corrective, and preventive actions while supporting effective sample analysis.
• Prepare sample analysis reports and communicate findings clearly and effectively to relevant stakeholders.

การวิเคราะห์ชิ้นงานปัญหา (Failure Analysis) และการจัดทำรายงาน

• ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ตัวอย่างคุณภาพ (Quality Sample) โดยใช้เครื่องมือวัดในห้องปฏิบัติการเพื่อระบุสาเหตุเบื้องต้นของปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบ
• จัดทำรายงานการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาของชิ้นงาน (Failure Analysis Report) อย่างเป็นทางการและมีโครงสร้าง
• ทำงานร่วมกับทีมเพื่อระบุสาเหตุราก (Root Cause) และกำหนดมาตรการควบคุมเบื้องต้น การแก้ไข และการป้องกัน พร้อมทั้งสนับสนุนการวิเคราะห์ตัวอย่างให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
• จัดทำรายงานการวิเคราะห์ตัวอย่างและสื่อสารผลการวิเคราะห์ให้กับผู้เกี่ยวข้องอย่างชัดเจนและมีประสิทธิภาพ
